Well, what do you know! It's June. Everyone's telling me that it's still officially spring. But I'm from Texas, where our car thermometers by now read well into the high 90s. So for me, June 1st will always be the start of summer.
We're one month further into the year, and boy what a fun one it was. With brighter weather come brighter colors. We welcomed all sorts of green, springy produce, and fresh flavors. As colder months give way to warmer ones, a kind of easier approach to cooking set in. We're suddenly less inclined to spend hours at the stove.
With May officially over, I thought it was time to reminisce. I pulled the seven most popular recipes from the site over the course of this last month. Here they are:
