Bookstore owner (and cookbook expert) Matt Sartwell notes that there are over 125,000,000 chocolate chip cookie recipes on the internet, and already more than 150,000,000 Instant Pot recipes. With these kinds of free resources available, why do people still buy cookbooks?

Matt makes his way through Season by Nik Sharma and Coconuts & Collards by Von Diaz, and gives us the answer—with the help of some spicy grilled cheese sandwiches and very chewy, chocolatey cookies.
