HI thanks for the recipe. It also gave me an idea for a variation. When I have finished experimenting I will share.

Braised beef cheeks in ancho chili sauce left over from three nights ago, alongside some quinoa and mashed butternut squash. I worked 107 hours last week, so today's lunch was all about whatever was kickin' around.

Oops, I meant to call the food delectable and not my boyfriend but it's good either way :)

Lunch today was leftover Indian cooked by my delectable boyfriend: basmati rice, spicy peas and carrots and dahl. Mmmm!

Moroccan chicken on top of millet and steamed cabbage. A side salad of roasted cauliflower and beets with an anchovy dressing.

I had the Wheatberry Salad with Cranberries, Feta, and Mint from Not Derby Pie (http://www.notderbypie.com/wheatberry-salad-with-cranberries-feta-and-mint/). I crave this salad in the most serious of ways pretty often these day.

Wow, I think I need to move my desk between yours! Also, Nozlee, like your John Cusack-style profile photo!

Today's lunch was turkey meatloaf via apartmentcooker (http://www.food52.com/recipes/3575_spicy_turkey_meatloaf) with some steamed broccoli.
