Top 3 Moments in the Test Kitchen

As usual, we spent yesterday hard at work cooking and photographing the recipes you'll be seeing on the site in the weeks to come. While there were no catastrophic messes this week, here are the top three moments from the day:

1. The cutest green garlic of all time. While chopping up a bunch of young garlic, we came across the teeny-tiniest clove of baby garlic we've ever seen.

2. Amanda impersonating a duck. Sometimes you just gotta play with your food.

3. A different kind of Foursquare. These oats got ready for their closeup -- it's hip to be square.
