It´s also a great flavor for ice cream and goes well with dulce de leche. You can also find the pulp frozen in some latin markets.

Hi there! <br /> <br />Lucuma is an amazing fruit native to South America that's available in a dry, powdered form here in the states. We use it since it's so healthy (it's full of vitamins and minerals and an excellent source of beta-carotene), but also because it functions as a great natural sweetener.
