Test Kitchen Top 3: Visions of Sugarplums

'Twas the week before Christmas,
and all through the site

Every creature was stirring,
getting recipes right.

The Food52 team in the test kitchen did meet
to make salad and roasts and things that are sweet.

To Brooklyn we rode, on trains from near and far,
twice this week to Amanda's abode -- none of us has a car.

So next week we will rest,
