It seems the Succotash Minestrone still needs a tester so I'm ready to take it on!

I can pick up the Harvest Minestrone with Herb Lemon Pesto if you need me to take on a second recipe. Just let me know ASAP as I'll need to take care of that soon. Thanks.

I'll very gladly test the Happy Accident Minestrone, if necessary. With this cool weather, I'm so in the mood for soup! ;o)

(I'm dying to try the Shades of Green but can't find lovage, anywhere, in the East Bay. . . at least not in any market, or even in any nursery . . . . I'm looking for seeds locally available, at the moment. I couldn't test that recipe officially for EP honors anyway, as Sallycan is my sister, so I know I'm going to love it, even before I taste it. ;o) . . . )

If no one else wants the Overnight Apple-Cinnamon French Toast, I'll be happy to test that as well.

We actually already tested that one (and loved it!) -- anything else from the candidates list you'd like to test, MrsWheelbarrow?

Lesson of the day - do not try to do this from an IPhone w/bad wifi .... Yes, I'd like to test Pain Perdu w/Blueberry Lemon Bread. The first blueberries arrived at the market this afternoon.
