Today: Not Sad Desk Lunch goes out for lunch -- and brings you a treat.
We've been so good.
We've eaten our kale and our beans, our piles of vegetables. We've roasted a chicken, and stretched it for a week. We've been making lunches that are good and healthy and sustaining -- ones we're proud to share with all of the internet.
But sometimes, you have to treat yourself. And if there is a time to treat yourself, it is right now.
So yes, we are advocating burgers, shakes, and fries for lunch (ours were from Shake Shack) -- preferably for the whole office. Because it's the holidays, and you're working hard, and the kale and the quinoa and the beans are for another time.
We can promise: this is not a sad desk lunch.
