One of the best dessert from "Cooking With Mr. C." is a Fourth of July Pie, which I make all the time, not just for the 4th. So glad to see him mentioned. Scott

A bit late to this party, but I love Edible Perspective! Her baklava-kissed muffins were especial stunners this week! http://www.edibleperspective.com/home/2014/2/18/honey-kissed-baklava-muffins.html

Thanks Tammy for the "Cooking With Mr. C." link. I remember him from Martha Stewart's Mad Hungry.

My favorite blog is John Contratti's "Cooking With Mr. C." It has wonderful food, easily made. A Long Islander teacher who made a name for himself and who has gotten some of the biggest celebrities to take notice. Creative and fun, this is one blog that should be one of your Top 8. Tammy

My favorites today were the Dolly & Oatmeal site and the Earthsprout blog - both very inspiring and lovely to be with for many recipes. As always I love smitten kitchen. And those Hummingbird High meringues are just gorgeous! Thanks for the treats!

*Blushes and prods floor with toe* Could I mention my blog, too?
Does Carrot Meringue Pie, Spinach Shortbread, Beet Chocolate Truffles or Kale and Orange Cupcakes pique your interest? I bake, with vegetables. Have a look at www.veggiedesserts.co.uk :)

Josephine Malene's "A Tasty Love Story" food blog is wonderful - always clever and interesting spins on food and health and all her recipes that I have prepared are consistently really delicious (and good for you too!).
