You should check out this cake - it's got a genuine Irish ingredient (no, not Guinness!) AND Baileys icing! http://kitchen-maid.blogspot.de/2014/03/treat-me-chocolate-potato-cake.html?m=1

I love many of the blogs that you have been sharing, but where is John Contratti's "Cooking With Mr. C."? It's one of the best cooking blogs out there. It's also very entertaining to look through. Some of the biggest names in entertainment are very aware and it would be nice to see him mentioned here too. Genesis T.

While you don't have time to brine your own corned beef like I did in my post, you can still make my grandmother's boiled corned beef and cabbage dinner which I wrote about on my blog this week! http://chefsallyjane.com/2014/03/11/corned-beef-with-cabbage-dinner/

Hamantaschen! You guys gotta get on the Hamantaschen train! Us Jewish food bloggers are kicking up several notches this year! March is full of wonderful holidays, St. Patty's Day is just one of them.

Thanks so much for including my Colcannon Pie in this round-up! And in such good company too. Those short rib pies look incredible!
