If you won't be able to use the pork chops you can freeze them marinade and all until you're ready to use them.

They will be okay although the meat will develop a red color. Maybe drain the red wine marinade and put in a white wine olive oil marinade to keep the meat pink. You can always re do the red wine mix tomorrow before cooking.

Yes. Just keep them in the marinade. I'd cook them tomorrow though.
