How long will a freshly made aioli last in the fridge?

No matter how good the ingredients you use, it won't stay "fresh" more than a day or two.

I wouldn't let it hang out for more than a few days, despite the good ingredients (and a presumably very cold fridge) -- I'd say 3 tops.
