Time and temperature for baking (big) potatoes?

Rub the skin with olive oil, poke some holes in them with a fork, sprinkle with sea salt and put in a 400F oven. Start checking after 30-45 minutes by poking with a paring knife. The oil and salt will make the skins crispy.

350 degrees. I'd start checking them after 30 minutes.
