What's the best oven temperature (and rough time) for baking homemade hamburger rolls?

I would use about 200c/400F and 15-20 minutes, depending on how big the buns are. A short bake fairly hot is better for soft crust. Bake very hot then turn down and cook longer for a crisp crust.

In my bakery, we bake our buns at 375F for aprox 25 minutes, until lightly browned on tops and bottoms.
