Can you give us more info -- what size it, and what result are you looking for? Meat that's falling apart, like from a braise, or roasted?
I make pork butt in a pressure cooker! It takes a little over an hour depending on size!. Less time if you cut the pork up. They have really inexpensive ones for around $20.00.
