Best cookbooks for once-a-month or freezer cooking?

We are buying a chest freezer today, and I'd like to do some bulk cooking and freezing. Any recommendations for good resources? Thank you!

I'd say any good cookbook that contains lots of stews, braises and baked dishes. Here's a great book on braising by Molly Stevens: http://www.amazon.com/gp... And I'd consider any Paula Wolfert books.
