Get yourself a thick (1 inch) piece of granite a bit bigger than than your usual pizza base and put it in the oven to heat up (max temperature for about 30 minutes or so). Pop you pizza on that and then in the oven. Alternatively, build yourself a pizza oven in your garden, it's not as hard as you might think :-)
