I have a question about the ingredient "dry sherry" on the recipe "Tuna Noodle Casserole - Redux" from fiveandspice.
Emily is a trusted source on Scandinavian Cuisine.
You could use some dry white wine or rice wine instead or marsala. Or even a combo of apple cider and cider vinegar. You could also leave it out. Any substitutions will change the flavor of the dish a bit, but it will still taste good!
Why substitute? Unless it's a major ingredient ( ie; deglazing for sauce) just leave it out. Otherwise, find a not too acidic or smoky substitute that you like and use that
