What does pomello taste like??
AntoniaJames is a trusted source on Bread/Baking.
It's similar to grapefruit but not as acidic or sharp. I.e., it has a more mellow flavor. Incidentally, most pomelos -- or at least the ones generally available here in northern CA -- have a very thick skin, so don't be surprised if the fruit inside seems small. ;o)
