Because of the numerous kinds of flour often indicated in GF recipes, and the expense, we have found that a good mix is a good choice. We have had enough recipe disasters, so that success with a mix is completely fulfilling! Best so far is from Glutino, from Gluten Free Pantry. However, I'll try the suggestions here -- always good to DIY!

There are fabulous recipes on many blogs, including Gluten free goddess & gluten free on a shoestring. There is also a new company called Bread Alchemy, they make a Btead-Making Kit that is delicious. It comes with it's own foil pan inside. Also, there is a company called better batter, and they make an all purpose flour and many mixes that many chef's use. Good Luck, and enjoy!

I also have multi-grain muffins, here:

Thanks, SKK! Now I have to try that baguette recipe.
