Your Best Canned Fish Recipe Contest question

I noticed in the Editor's introduction to this contest mussels were mentioned. Can I assume any non perishable seafood is permitted (clams,smoked oysters, etc)?

i was wondering the same thing I had an idea for a recipe but its not your average canned seafood.
