In the sweet (but not too sweet) category I like Dutch Babies, also known as German Pancakes in the U.S. They are oven baked an have texture similar to Yorkshire Pudding. I like to saute apples in butter and sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon to taste to fill the inside with after it is baked. There are recipes all over the internet and they are pretty much similar.
