I have a question about the recipe "White and Green Asparagus in Lemongrass Aspic" from Burnt Offerings.
Try this. It whips up in a food processor in no time
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
4 oz (115g) rindless goat cheese
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
A few gratings of nutmeg

½ teaspoon fresh thyme , chopped fine
