Microwave? Or you can always pop them in the oven briefly, although you run the risk of having them dry out.
Wrap in foil and bake for 20 or so minutes at 325f. Check to make sure internal temperature is 165 or above if you are worried about the Health Department and/or foodborne illness.
Or microwave until warm enough (same thing, 165). Maybe 2 minutes on high?
