you're not telling us- do you plan to serve them all together in a casserole? or remove them individually from the freezer and cook off individually? if the latter, i would wrap tightly each pepper in plastic wrap, then put a number of them in a zip loc bag and freeze flat. If the former, i would lay saran in the dish you want to bake them in, place them in the dish, fold over the saran to seal the pkg.,freeze dish and all; when frozen, remove dish and place saran pkg in ziploc bag or wrap tightly in foil.
