Pasta with egg and ham with butter mixed , can someone tell me what this recipe is ?

Sounds like a carbonara to me. The cream does appear in many versions, but is not really traditional- the pasta sauce is usually enriched with egg yolks to make it creamy, rich and totally awesome.
