Instead of pounding sirloin thin, I bought thin eye of round steaks. Before pan frying them, should I marinate in red wine vinegar?

Eye of the round is a tough cut, with little fat. I'm not sure if a marinade will do very much but it's worth a try. Take care not to overcook them.

They are extremely tough pounding them is the best way I know!
