Acorn squash, 1/2 c cooked, 4.5 gm
Sauerkraut, 1/2 c, 4 gm
Sweet potato, 1 medium, 3.5 gm
Potato, 1 med, 3 gm
Corn, 1/2 c kernels, 3 gm
Red beans, 1/2 c, 9 gm
Aduki beans, 8.5 gm
Lentils, 1/2 c 8 gm
Black beans, 7.5 gm

All vegetables and fruits are good sources of fiber, although as noted above, some are better sources than others.

All vegetables have fiber and nutritional benefits. Those that are higher are
Artichoke
Broccoli
Brussels sprouts
Cabbage
Greens -- collards, kale, turnip greens
Peas
Spinach
And don't forget legumes - beans are very high in fiber
