You must mean "recipe". Best is to grind your own beef. If you have a Kitchen Aid, get the meat grinder attachment. I grind just about any boneless beef I can get at Costco, don't worry about the percentage of fat you'll read about in grinding recipes. Then, make patties sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, sea salt or kosher salt and garlic powder. Throw it in an oiled barbecue grill. If the meat doesn't have enough fat for your taste, add a slice of cheese when you flip the patty. Cook to medium rare. Don't worry about it being rare since YOU just ground the meat. Bacteria doesn't have any time to grow. When it's done, add a nice craft beer to a cold glass
