The general rule for baking fish is 10 min per in of greatest thickness at 450 - 500F. I would first season it, possibly stuff it or put lemon, onion, herbs or whatever inside, & seal it with foil. in=inch
Great answer that is what I would do myself I even do it on the grill that way the fish cooks in its own juices and it's very moist
