sorry I meant 255 not 225ml
I would venture that a difference of 5 ml should make no discernable difference in a recipe calling for either 250 or 225 ml of an ingredient. We face a similar issue often in the US when a can of something doesn't equal the exact cup or ounce measurement. Exactitude in measurements is more important in baking, but still, 5 ml is pretty miniscule.
