I am going to make the zucchini tian posted as a genius recipe for a dinner party friday (yum!) and want to do as much as possible thursday. it says make ahead. how much of the recipe can i do thursday? friday afternoon? also, if i use basmati rice instead of "white" should i par cook it the same amount of time?
