Break the Fast Menu for Yom Kippur

Thinking of Homemade bagels and various toppings plus Kugel of course, plus from this site: Beloved Greens quiche, Salmon in Sorrel sauce, Rum Apple cake and Plum Cake - but what vegetable sides would you recommend?

This sounds like a much nicer break fast than I've ever attended! I can't think of much to add, other than some really good sliced tomatoes if they're still available near you and/or a salad of some kind. Maybe a panzanella?
