Is it ok to make lasagna the night before. I'm worried about it being soggy

Not only is it okay, it's an excellent idea. A rest in the refrigerator will held meld the layers together so they don't slide apart when cutting. Undercook the lasagna by 15-20 minutes, then bake it for 30 min at the original oven temp before serving. If your pan is not glass/Pyrex, you can even pop it into the oven straight from the fridge (cover it with foil if you do that so the top doesn't dry out before the center gets hot).
