Sorry, don't have a recipe but encourage you as anything with stilton is superb. Harrod's in London has the best Stilton.
Start with a good Melton Mowbray pork pie recipe. BBC has a very good one online . . . http://www.bbc.co.uk/food.... Then add your Stilton to the meat mixture and finish per recipe instructions. Pretty simple.
