Does anyone have a good recipe for Pork and Silton Pies

Jane Grigson and diana Kennedy both have great pork pie recipes. I think u might have to figure out the blue cheese part of the recipe tho.

Go for that BBC pork pie recipe above. The Hairy Bikers specialize in traditional British foods and I recommend any of their recipes.

Start with a good Melton Mowbray pork pie recipe. BBC has a very good one online . . . http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/meltonmowbrayporkpie_92224. Then add your Stilton to the meat mixture and finish per recipe instructions. Pretty simple.

Sorry, don't have a recipe but encourage you as anything with stilton is superb. Harrod's in London has the best Stilton.
