Start with a good Melton Mowbray pork pie recipe. BBC has a very good one online . . . http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/meltonmowbrayporkpie_92224. Then add your Stilton to the meat mixture and finish per recipe instructions. Pretty simple.
