Twenty minutes tented under aluminum foil is just about right.

go at at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes. The bird keeps cooking under foil after it comes out. Needs time to equalize temps throughout the meat before carving. It will also carve more easily with more time resting

At least 10 minutes to keep the juices from running all over your cutting board. You can let it rest as long at 20 minutes which is a great time to make the gravy in the pan with the drippings.
