No pastry bag - filling eclairs?

Got any tips or alternate methods? (I know - they are a bit more golden than I would have liked.)

Thanks all. Used a meat thermometer to poke hole and ziplock bag with corner cut off worked ok to fill.

You can also use a chopstick or straw.

How about an ice pick (or cake tester or thermometer) to get you started?

Beautiful! I always use a Ziploc bag and snip off the corner for piping.

Yeah - though I was imagining needing a stiff/metal tip to poke into the shell.
