What cocktail should I make with the juice left over from a Mexican citrus salad?

It was a grapefruit-orange-lemon-red chile-mint salad called Xec. Remaining juice has been strained so it's totally clear liquid. Seems ripe for Tequila... perhaps you have an idea of something more creative?

You could take that combination of flavors to Asia. Sake with something a bit sweet? Plum wine?

How about a Tequila Sunrise? I'm also thinking Sangria although the mint may not like the wine.
