In yogurt flavored with a bit of ginger, almond extract and black cherries (or peaches).
Top with the crunchy cookie bits.

My grandma would use them as the crust for a jello mold! I would say cheesecake crust! Maybe for a lemongrass ginger cheesecake?

I like to break up the crunchy dried noodles a bit and put them in a salad with broccoli slaw, shredded cabbage, chopped cucumber, toasted almonds and sunflower seeds --- dressed with a rice vinegar/sesame oil & soy vinaigrette.
