Noodle kugel on a sheet pan? Anyone tried this?
I want to make a traditional dairy noodle kugel and am wondering if anyone has baked one on a sheet pan {for more crunchy surface area} and how it turned out.

If you mean by a sheet pan one 18 x 13 x 1 inch (half the size of a commercial full sheet pan), the volume it contains is about 3.8 litres or 16 cups.
So any kugel recipe that fills a 16 cup pan (like a 9x13 lasagne type pan) will work.
Bake at the same temperature as in the original recipe but check sooner and more frequently for doneness.
