What's the difference between agave nectar and agave syrup?

Interesting article. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there are requirements that manufacturers differentiate between the two, so when you're buying something labeled "agave nectar" it's just as likely to be "agave syrup" by the definitions in the article.

Nothing. As far as I can tell they're different names for the same thing.
