Quick vegan dessert

I need a quick vegan dessert that doesn't take more than 15min to make and eat straight away. I don't have any dark chocolate :(

How about one-ingredient ice cream? http://food52.com/recipes...

Toss one pound cut up strawberries with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, tablespoon of sugar and tablespoon of shredded fresh mint. If you can let it marinate for a little bit in the fridge it will enhance the flavors

For future note, cocoa powder + maple syrup + silken tofu makes a mean vegan chocolate pudding, and it's easier than easy.

One ingredient ice cream is also amazing. I like to make mango lassi with frozen mango chunks and coconut milk, blended, and then a little agave and garam masala added. You can make simple oatmeal raisin cookies substitution canola oil for butter and 1 tbsp ground flax, mixed with 3 tbsp warm water, for your egg. Hope this helps!

I love these vegan "Irish potatoes". http://www.couldntbeparve.com/2011/03/irish-potatoes-and-a-giveaway/
If you are in a hurry you can chill them in the freezer so that they set faster.

vegan rice pudding, if you have cooked rice on hand. If you have more than 15 minutes, you can cook the rice and then make the rice pudding.

I would echo other contributors - frozen slices of banana blended in a Vitamix/blender make a brilliant ice cream. Soy yoghurt and a sweetener (such as maple syrup) makes vegan frozen yoghurt. For vegan dessert recipes I'd definitely recommend a visit to http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/
