Is it a vegetarian concern ? If so you can use agar agar to thicken instead

I whip 2 cups heavy cream with 2 tbsp french vanilla pudding (the powder).

You will need to make that whippet run really, really fast. I'm sorry Whole Foods Customer is weeping but it's a mean old world. Don't worry we won't leave you alone. Otherwise that sounds like a very good solution to ghufran's problem.

Do you need to stabilize it ? If so, you can use piping gel - I use it all the time. If you just want to use it right away and not decorate, then just whip the whipping cream to soft peaks and add some powdered sugar and vanilla, then whip to stiff peaks. I will weep if left too long however....
