Can we use ice cream instead of whipping cream in recipe?
For making mousse without whipped cream or cream cheese frosting etc...

Mousse really needs the structure of whipped cream for stabilization; I don't think the chocolate mixture would incorporate with frozen ice cream and if you melted it you wouldn't be able to whip it. Melted ice cream might work in recipes that just call for cream to thin something (like frosting) but it might make it too sweet.
