I need wine pairings for roasted branzino with fennel and lemon

Hi, I need wine pairing for-
1. Grilled flank steak with a mesquite rub
2. Grilled branzino with mascarpone polenta

How many pairings do you need? A White Bordeaux - blend of Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon -- would be ideal. Or a Loire valley Sauvignon blanc. Will pick up the citrus notes in your dish.
