I enjoy lacto-fermented pickles, lower in salt & sodium for sure.

According to one site, 8 calories for a kosher dill that's about 4" long. But God help you on the sodium, 569mg, more than half the daily recommended allowance of sodium.

It depends on the type of pickle. Some pickles, like bread and butter pickles have sugar added and they are probably the ones with the most calories. But, pickles are super high in sodium.
