David Lebovitz has a fabulous recipe for brownies with Dulce de leche. Is it okay to freeze these and then defrost for serving?

Thanks to both of you. I was worried the dulce might become to chewey but I think I worry to much!

You might even want to serve them semi-frozen. One of my favorite summer treats is a brownie straight out of the freezer. They don't get rock solid when frozen.

I've never met a brownie that didn't freeze well.
