Here's a great recipe for an olive oil chocolate cake. I like it because I am trying to cut saturated fats out of my diet. It is also gluten free. I would adapt it and add about 20g of ancho chilli powder and 5g of ground pequin or cascabel chilli.http://www.nigella.com...
