Gnocchi Dilemma!

Question

Don't have time to finish my gnocchi.  Should I stop after making dough &amp;amp; fridge it?  Any opinion?  Never happened before.

Put it in a ziplock freezer bag, and it will hold perfectly.

I agree, leaving it in the refrigerator should be just fine. Make sure to cover it.

i usually let my gnocchi dough rest overnight in the fridge before rolling it out, so yes?
