For the Autumn Soup contest, I have a Question: Is this soups *and* stews, or just soups?

We call those "stoups".... and sometimes it's hard to come up with a hard and fast recipe for them. They just seem to "evolve."

We were primarily thinking of soups, but we recognize that it's hard to draw a line where soup ends and stew begins -- so if you have a great stew-ish in mind, please throw it in the ring!
